You can now order our original droewors, in RAW form. You can then dry it too your own liking. We make the droewors and then freeze the quantity that has been ordered. Two ice-packs will be automatically added. This is 2 kg of raw droëwors which will make about 1kg of finsihed product.

Traditional South African dried boerewors. Made from 100% beef with a sheep casing.
Contains no pork products.

Ingredients:
Beef, vinegar, salt, spices, herbs & spice extracts, MSG (flavour enhancer), dextrose, flavourings, dehydated vegetable (onion - irradiated), sodium erythorbate, vegetable oil (canola), preservative (sodium metabisulphite).
Allergens:
May contain gluten in the spices, i.e. soy wheat gluten.
