Delicious, succulent lamb chops. Some pieces have a lot of fat, some have only a little. These are the closest to SA lamb that one can get. Each package contents is approximately 500g and contains 6-8 chops. Please note: 2 ice-packs will be automatically added to any frozen product purchase. This is the thin boerewors. South African boerewors. Enjoy it around a braai or even fried during those cold, northern hemisphere, winter months. This is the real thing, no pork meat (sheep casings are used). 100% beef in a 80/20 meat/fat ratio. Each package contents should contain 510g. This is the thick boerewors. This is South Africa's favourite version of boerewors with a 70/30 ratio of meat to fat and made from beef and pork. The higher fat content gives a more juicy feel to the boeries as well as enhancing the flavours of the spices. Each package contents should contain 505g. A small variance may occur due to machine tolerance. Flavours: Traditional: Traditional Cheese: Contains cheese. Fire Chilli: Contains medium heat chilli.
