    Test #2 - Charcoal braai:
    Today, I did the cooking and it was the turn of fire and coals. This time, the boeries was not overcooked (politically correct term for slightly burnt when your partner does it).
    1 -Taste: In contrast to yesterday, it was not too salty at all. The taste would was pretty good, not overbearing but very pleasing to the palate. Obviously, not an explosive taste such as would be expected with more fat, but more of a mild and mellow flavour. I liked it. Taste rating: 4.5*.
    2 - Consistency: I prefer a more chunky boerewors. This was minced a little too fine.Therefore only 4*.
    3 - Tenderness and juiciness: A little dry but actually to be expected of an 80/20 mixture. Just before taking if from the grill, the skin did get a little hole, and a lot of juice escaped. Rating 4.5*.

    Summary: The only area that attention, IMO, is that a bigger die should be used -or- only mince it once.
