    Fantastic in my opinion! I think that the spice mix is just right. The ratio of fat to meat is also spot on - on the braai, it cooks well in its own juices and the end product is spot on! I have at least three pack in the freezer should the urge appear to Nou gaan ons braai! Simply fantastic Kit!
