Hot chilli biltong tidbits, the most common shape are the thin short strips. Made to our secret recipe of spices.

Ice = mild to medium

Fire = medium to hot

Lava = hot to XX hot

I finally tried the sample of chilli bites you sent and I have to say they are so moreish! What I like about them is that the burn is hot but clean, and by that I mean that the spice doesn't hang around in your mouth for ages so that you feel you can only drink milk until it goes away (I had that experience at St Elmo's once, and it wasn't fun). For people who like spice, they will definitely hit the jackpot with these chilli bites.
