Description

Traditional South African dried boerewors. Made from 100% beef with a sheep casing.
Contains no pork products.

Ingredients:
Beef, vinegar, salt, spices, herbs & spice extracts, MSG (flavour enhancer), dextrose, flavourings, dehydated vegetable (onion - irradiated), sodium erythorbate, vegetable oil (canola), preservative (sodium metabisulphite).

Allergens:
May contain gluten in the spices, i.e. soy wheat gluten.

This stuff is the business... received my first batch yesterday and already put a massive dent in it. The recipe is perfect in my opinion and the fat content is low which is really the way that I like it.
