Gift Vouchers

Buying vouchers
Vouchers can be purchased in the shop as normal items. Once you have successfully ordered and paid for the voucher this will be shown under your cart. Now you can send the voucher by e-mail using the "send voucher" link.

How to send a voucher
First click on the link "Send voucher" in your shopping cart. The following information is then needed: First and last name of the recipient. A valid e-mail address of the recipient. The required amount (you can also send partial amounts of your credit). A short message to the receiver. Please check your details again before sending. You will have the option to correct the details before sending.

Shopping with a voucher
Once you have a voucher, you can use it to pay for your order. During the order process you have the possibility to redeem your credit. If the voucher is less than the value of the merchandise, you must choose your preferred form of payment for the balance. If your voucher exceeds the value of the goods, the remaining balance is of course available for your next order.

Redeem vouchers
If you have received a voucher by e-mail, you can enter the amount as follows:
1. Click on the link provided in the e-mail. If you do not yet have a personal customer account, you have the option to open an account.
2. After adding a product to the cart, you can enter your coupon code there.

In case of problems
If there are any problems with a voucher, please contact us by e-mail: orders@saffashop.eu. Please describe the problem as precisely as possible, important information includes: your customer number, the coupon code, system error messages and the browser you are using.
